Return & Exchange Policy

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, to withdraw in writing from the purchase and to return or exchange the product. The buyer must send an email ( stating to the company his withdrawal. For the buyer's valid withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company in its original packaging. Both, the product and its packaging must be intact, with no damages or wear. The company shall refund the buyer, within 14 calendar days from the date the company receives the product. Returns or exchanges are not accepted and there is no withdrawal for underwear, bras, bodysuits, for reasons of hygiene pursuant to article 3(l) par. E of law 2251/1994.

In addition, product returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • In case, of incorrect execution of the order by the company, i.e. sending wrong products or products of poor or defective quality.

  • In the event that the product has a functional or quality defect that is covered by the product warranty.

In the above cases, the following apply:

  • The return is made by sending the product unused, exactly as it was before it was sold in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging as well as any gifts or discount coupons which may have been included.

  • The return should include all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAP, retail sales receipt, etc.).

  • The return and exchange of the product will only be accepted after approval by the company and after checking the returned product.

  • If the return is due to company fault, the mailing costs is borne by the latter.

  •  Returns or exchanges are not accepted on sales products.

Attention: in the event that a product you receive is defective, you must inform the company within the first 8 hours of receiving it, otherwise a refund will not be possible. A necessary condition, for the return to be accepted, is that the product is in its original packaging. The return package must include the proof of purchase.
